Millwall striker Gary Alexander will miss the rest of the season with an ankle injury but forward Lewis Grabban is about to resume training. The former Leyton Orient forward needed several stitches in his left ankle after suffering the injury during the win at Yeovil last month.
"Gary was seen by another specialist who recommended he refrain from running for another two weeks, which means his season his effectively over," said Lions physio Bobby Bacic.
"This is highly disappointing but we are thankful his injury was not more serious due to the severity of the blow he received."
Better news for manager Kenny Jackett is the return of Grabban, who is expected to resume training this week following a hamstring injury.
