Swindon defender Patrick Kanyuka looks likely to miss the rest of the season after he suffered a setback in his recovery from a groin injury.Kanyuka has been missing from the squad since picking up the injury at the start of March against Leeds and it now seems he will add his name to the growing casualty list at the County Ground.
Blair Sturrock (arm), Christian Roberts (knee) and Barry Corr (shoulder) have already been confirmed as definite absentees for the rest of the season as boss Maurice Malpas' selection problems continue.
Malpas told the Swindon Advertiser: "Patrick is still well off. He had a hard two or three days training but we had to back off a little bit and I would doubt if he will play again this season, never mind next Saturday.
"Our idea was to bring him in get his fitness levels up and hopefully give him a few games before the end of the season. Now he is chasing his tail for the end of the season but will he be fit enough for the end of the season? I just don't think so."
