Daniel Nardiello and Martin Devaney will return to Barnsley's squad for the home clash with Hull on Tuesday evening.Striker Nardiello has missed the Tykes' last three matches - including the FA Cup semi-final - due to a hamstring injury, while winger Devaney sustained a thigh strain in the Wembley defeat to Cardiff.
But Tykes manager Simon Davey will be without skipper Brian Howard, who has recovered from a gashed ankle that has kept him out of the last two games, only to succumb to illness.
Davey must consider whether to stick with the same side that has boosted their relegation battle with back-to-back away wins, or recall either Nardiello or Devaney.
Strikers Kayode Odejayi and Jon Macken have both hit the target in the last two matches and are expected to retain their places.
