Midfielder Shane Tudor is prepared to fight for a first-team place at Port Vale but has not ruled out a move away from the relegated club.Tudor was transfer-listed by boss Lee Sinnott and has spent time on loan at Shrewsbury but is not giving up on his Valiants career.

He told BBC Radio Stoke: "I've never moaned or kicked up a fuss while I've been here, but I want to play football.

"I'll give it my best shot and if the manager wants to go in a different direction, then he is fully entitled to do that."

Tudor has only made eight league appearances since his move from Leyton Orient last summer. A change in manager and niggling knee injuries have limited his chances.
