Gordon Strachan has conceded Stephen McManus, Barry Robson and Mark Wilson are likely to miss Celtic's final two games of the season.
Captain McManus last week underwent an exploratory operation on a knee injury, while fellow defender Wilson is still not ready for a first-team return following surgery on his pelvis and a hernia. Midfielder Robson did make the bench in Saturday's Old Firm derby after recovering from a groin operation but he has now suffered a setback in his rehabilitation.
Strachan said in the Evening Times: "This is what we've got now. I think Robbo, Willo and Mick, we won't see them until next season now. Of course we would like to have all of our players available."
He added: "But we'll go with what we have and I'm not too concerned when I look at my bench in midweek and remember I have had to leave out two good players in Koki Mizuno and Paddy McCourt."
