Southend United manager Steve Tilson admitted to feeling a sense of deja vu following the Carling Cup first round draw.United have been handed a home tie against League One rivals Cheltenham for the second successive season - the Shrimpers winning last season's encounter 4-1 after extra time.
Tilson told the club's official website: "I had to check they didn't send last season's list out by mistake to start with.
"Cheltenham might have only just stayed up last season but they gave us a game every time we met. We drew twice in the league.
"But over the last couple of years we have had a good run in this competition and hopefully we can do well again."
