Tottenham defender Younes Kaboul has set his heart on a move to Portsmouth, according to his agent Rudy Raba.
Kaboul has fallen out of favour at White Hart Lane and looks set for a summer move away from White Hart Lane.
The 22-year-old struggled to establish himself at Spurs following his £7million move from Auxerre last summer and he is believed to be keen on a transfer to get his career back on track.
Kaboul has not linked up with Tottenham at their pre-season training camp in Spain and the player's agent Raba says Pompey and Spurs are in talks about a deal for the Frenchman.
"The two clubs are discussing a move and are trying to find an agreement," Raba told Skysports.
"Younes wants to go and he would like to join Harry Redknapp.
"He likes him as a manager and he wants to play football on a regular basis.
"We just hope a deal can be agreed between both clubs so Younes can move on."
