Blackpool were the most convincing winners of the evening's friendly matches.

Cole Skuse equalised for the Robins on 62 minutes and Tristan Plummer popped up with the winner a minute from time.

Jason Puncheon and Ashley Barnes scored the goals as Plymouth Argyle picked up a comfortable 2-0 win at Truro, with Paul Sturrock fielding different XIs in each half.

Sheffield Wednesday played two 45-minute matches in Malta, winning both 1-0 as Sean McAllister scored the only goal against Floriana and Etienne Esajas netted the winner against Dingli Swallows.
