Blackpool midfielder Charlie Adam insists his side are ready to bounce back from Saturday's defeat at Leicester against high-flying Newcastle.
The Seasiders suffered their first defeat in eight outings this term on Saturday after slipping to a 2-1 defeat at Ian Holloway's former club Leicester.
Newcastle visit Bloomfield Road on Wednesday and Adam said: "We've got a tough game on Wednesday and we need to pick ourselves up now and be ready for it.
"Every game is a big game but to test yourself against the players who they've got is perfect for us."

This could be a great match. Yes, if there aren't many goals Newcastle have a chance. This will be their mentality, even without Smith. If Blackpool show how they can quickly craft goals and their defence play out of their skins it will be 5-2 to Blackpool.
ashley is reported in the telegraph to have put up the price for the club as they are doing so well. the deal was nearly done but now moat has to go away and see if he can come back with the extra. So which is better,Hammer blackpool and the price goes up and Ashley stays. Or we get done by Blackpool and he goes.
we will miss smudge but i still think the least we will get is a point or even 3 nile to bag his first
sme attitude as sunday please & we should come away with at least a point
Adam relishing Magpies test
and they all have failed !!!
Agreed. Blackpool only suffered their first defeat of the season at the weekend. Another one zip win will do me fine.
we shouldnt go there with the state of mind that we will just turn up get 3points.if we show the fight that we have shown then we will get another result.i will take 1-0,tooon tooon
