Brighton boss Russell Slade has told his players there is still plenty of room for improvement despite their sudden upturn in results.

The Seagulls have shrugged off their miserable start to the season with a battling draw at Millwall followed by back-to-back wins over Wycombe and Saturday`s opponents Carlisle.

But Slade said: "There were still things which were radically wrong on Saturday and need to improve and hopefully we will do that and become a force in this division.

"We are still a long way away but I think the signs over the last three games are really encouraging."
