Serie A - Lazio bounce back to down Napoli
Lazio recovered from two straight defeats with a 2-0 home win over Napoli on Sunday which sent them back to the top of Serie A for at least a few hours.
Edy Reja's side, Italy's surprise packages this season having flirted with relegation last term, had lost last weekend's city derby with AS Roma and the midweek game at promoted Cesena but were quickly back to their best.
Mauro Zarate grabbed the opener on 15 minutes from Stefano Mauri's pass and fellow striker Sergio Floccari doubled the lead in the second half from a Zarate assist.
Third-placed Napoli, who hit the bar through Ezequiel Lavezzi, had seen the game as a key test for their title credentials but failed to impose themselves.
Faltering champions Internazionale meet AC Milan in the derby later with Milan knowing a victory would take them back to the summit after 12 games.
