Gillingham midfielder Adam Miller has revealed his delight after learning that his red card against Huddersfield was overturned on appeal.Miller was sent off for what was deemed a dangerous challenge on Huddersfield's Frank Sinclair at the end of the Gills' 3-1 win at the Galpharm Stadium on Saturday.
The Gills appealed against the dismissal to an FA disciplinary panel on the grounds that the tackle was not malicious, and the decision now means that Miller will be available for the League One clash against Northampton on Saturday.
"It is fantastic news as I can now play on Saturday", Miller told Gillingham's official website.
"I am not a malicious player and I would never look to hurt an opponent.
"I thank the panel for overturning the decision."
