Internazionale continue their march to European Power Rankings glory thanks to their dominance of Serie A, while Manchester United regain second spot after pasting Newcastle in the aftermath of Arsenal's surprising draw to Birmingham.
The rest of the top ten is much of a muchness, with the exception of Liverpool disappointing domestically yet again, their draw at struggling Middlesbrough seeing them trade places with Porto who move up to eighth.
Sevilla continue their alarming post-Juande slide after a poor defeat at Athletic Bilbao, while at the lower end of the top 20 Rangers and Rosenborg move up a spot despite not playing at the weekend, thanks to Benfica and Valencia, the latter slipping out altogether for new entry Besiktas:

HOW IT WORKS
We take into account a combination of both domestic and Champions League performances, factoring in the relative difficulty of each team's league, to find out who is the best team in Europe.
Scores are based on points per game in domestic league and European games.
Domestic points per game are multiplied by the league coefficient - either 3, 4 or 5 - with teams in stronger leagues getting more credit.
European victories are counted as three points for a win whether in league stage or not. They are all multiplied by a coefficient of 5.
League coefficients:
England, Spain, Italy = 5
Germany, Portugal, France = 4
Others = 3
Example: Inter
46 points from 18 Serie A games = 2.56 points per game.
Multiplied by league coefficient of five - 2.56 x 5 = 12.78
15 points from 6 Champions League games (including qualifying) = 2.50 points per game.
Multiplied by European coefficient of five - 12.50
Total score = 12.78 + 12.50 = 25.28
