Chelsea youngster Ryan Bertrand has admitted that he would like to swap Stamford Bridge for Carrow Road if he was asked by boss Glenn Roeder. The 18-year-old defender has started in all but two of the Canaries' 13 games since his arrival in the January transfer window.
He told the Norwich Evening News: "I'd be happy enough playing my football here at Norwich. It's brilliant. It's a nice family club and it's in a nice area.
"Chelsea is a very big ask. If I'm being realistic, they've got Ashley Cole and Wayne Bridge, but obviously I'd like to and if the chance came then I would.
"We've only got about eight or so games left of the season and my time's gone really quick here, but it's gone really well."
