Mansfield boss Paul Holland insists his staff and players must "be positive" if the Stags are to dig themselves out of their relegation hole.Holland's side lie four points adrift in League Two and with only three games remaining are facing the very real prospect of non-league football next season.

But Holland has called on the club to pull together ahead of the clash with Shrewsbury at Field Mill on Saturday.

"I need people around me who are going to be positive because we have two massive home games coming up," he told the club's official site.

"Somewhere along the line we will get what we deserve and I am hopeful that it will come against Shrewsbury."
