Alex Pearce has taken "complete responsibility" for the own-goal which set Ipswich on their way to a derby win on Sunday.Ched Evans had put the Canaries ahead before Pearce's mistake allowed Jim Magilton's side back into the game and the on-loan Reading man admitted that it was hard to forget such a costly error.
He told the club's official website: "I take complete responsibility for their first goal. The ball came in and it came off my left foot onto my right and then in.
"But you have to forget it as soon as you can.
"I tried to not let it affect me but it was just a disappointing day all round."
