Watford winger Tommy Smith admits the race for promotion to the Premier League "is out of our hands" after the 1-1 draw at West Brom.The point left Adrian Boothroyd's side in fifth place - but only three points off the top - and Smith believes that even nine points from their remaining three games might not be enough.

He said: "It will go right to the wire.

"We've got a great chance as we've got three winnable games left. All we can do is win our three games and see what happens.

"It's out of our hands now - all we can do is give ourselves a good chance."
