Bristol City are hoping a foreign influence can fire them to the Premier League as they prepare for the Championship play-off final with Hull.City boss Gary Johnson and his assistant Keith Millen are to fly the players to a secret location outside of England for a few days before they return to home soil for the final at Wembley on May 24.
And Millen, who was taken on a similar trip during his playing days with Watford, believes it will freshen the players up in preparation for the big day.
He told the club's official website: "We'll be going away for a few days to give the lads a change of scene and help them relax. We feel a change of scenery, venue and routine will do them good rather than doing the same old thing."
City boss Gary Johnson added: "It's a chance for me and Milly to take the lads away for four days, being with them 24 hours a day.
"It's certainly not a holiday and we'll be doing plenty of training with the lads. It just gets them away to focus their minds for the final."
