The Polish forward enjoyed a season-long loan spell with Watford last term where he scored 10 goals in 25 appearances in all competitions.

And Rasiak is now keen to prove his fitness, along with the rest of the Saints squad, who can earn the rest of the week off if they pass the tests.

Meanwhile, Marek Saganowski was given extra time off due to his involvement with the Polish national team this month but is expected to return with the rest of the squad for the official start of pre-season next week.
