Lincoln chairman Steff Wright will hand boss Peter Jackson the money generated from Tuesday's friendly with Aston Villa to bolster his squad.Jackson is hoping for a bumper turn-out at Sincil Bank as the Imps get their pre-season campaign underway against Martin O'Neill's men.

"It's going to be a massive test for us because they'll be fielding a near enough full-strength squad against us," said Jackson.

"I'm looking for a big crowd because the chairman has said that takings from the game will go straight into my budget which I'm really pleased about.

"So hopefully we'll break five thousand for it."
