A week after the Spa-Francorchamps penalty controversy, championship leader Lewis Hamilton's on-track antics are back in the spotlight.
The McLaren driver got involved in some close encounters during Sunday's Italian Grand Prix, including with his old foe and former teammate, Fernando Alonso.
"There was some unnecessary movements he made," the Spaniard told reporters in his native tongue at Monza, "and he repeated them with Glock and Webber. It is his way of racing."
Toyota's Timo Glock was also not pleased when asked about Hamilton's driving.
"I do not know what he was thinking. I was right next to him but he left me no room. Sometimes he drives as though he is completely alone on the track," the German is quoted as saying by RTL.
"The next time I am with him (on track), I will behave with him in exactly the same way," Glock promised.
23-year-old Hamilton also made contact with Red Bull's Mark Webber during a wheel-to-wheel battle with the Australian at the first chicane.
"I made sure I covered my inside spot, but I didn't want to stay there on the wet patch or I wouldn't have made the corner," the Briton explained afterwards. "He just clipped my front wheel and went on."

All great, I mean truly great F1 drivers are arrogant, confident, cocky, aggressive, selfish, rude, bullies and don't care about anyone but themselves and winning. I am a a self proclaimed Shummi fan and he was all that and more. However, that's what made him a great driver and champion - not a great ambassador. Hamilton possess all the same qualities, the difference is Hamilton has not accomplished anything in F! racing and is not even close to Shummi in stature and lore-yet! Which leads me to the second issue, Hamilton better be prepared to feel the tires running up his #*@ from fellow competitors. Now that the championship is over for most and the season is coming to its conclusion. Many of his fellow drivers a fed up with his holier than thou antics and have expressed their desire for payback. Don't be suprised when fellow drivers begin to dish out the same reckless driving attitude that Hamilton has been so carelessly and shamefully delivering to his race mates. Hamilton doesn't have a shot at winning the world championship - his fellow drivers will see to that!

Since when has being a nice bloke on the track (or field or court or road... or anywhere else) ever won anything?
Not everyone has what it takes to get to the top. - Most of us can't be bothered!
Yeah ! Shummy has had some dirty races in his career, as most of the racers have, but go unnoticed because they aren't Shumachers and Hamiltons !
But i loved how Shumacher dropped a s#it in Montoya's face a couple of times, i couldn't help on laughing !
lol - what was okay for Schumi isn't okay for Hamilton? Yawn!
Please watch the films. Lewis made a left turn into another car. Pictures don't lie. He's a great driver so ther is no excuse.
F1 needs sato back
and about shumy what he did was what every1 will do to win
remember in the race track there are NO freinds, its and your car VS others!
Let's face it; the FIA just don't like the idea of having a British World Champion!
All this bull about Hamilton's "Agressive driving".
They let Schumacher get away with it for years at Beneton and then again at Ferrari.
No one can deny is little "shunt" after spinning out in Adelaide '94 cost Damon Hill the World Chapionship. Again the following year at Silverstone and countless other times.
And all this coming from Alonso who, let's not forget, shopped his own team because he thought that the better driver (i.e. Hamilton) was getting better looked after than him?
Let's not forget that the best driver the world hs ever seen (Niki Lauda) said the ruling was farsical! Who are we gonna believe? Some official in a suit or the God of all motor-racing?
davidholliss(#24),..yes he did and even last yr. but who cares?
who gives a @#$% if hamilton wants to drive like a prat & kill himself (just as senna did) the problem is he could end up killing someone else driving like that in those conditions is just not on i expect he will play the race card yet again & say that everybody is picking on him because he is black well sorry lewis thats not the case its because you were a danger to almost everybody you passed although as a brit i want to see a british champion & i dont give a @#$% what colour he is i want one we can be proud of for winning fairly not by playing bumper cars in the wet
Bowesey17 since when is a two time world champion an up and coming(cheap) drver? makes you wonder what Hamilton is then
I didn't hear Alonso complain last year after he pushed Lewis clear off the track!!! Must be different for Alonso when he's dishing it out.
Sir Smudger Of Bushmead
alonso might be @#$% but lewis is the master of @#$%
i used to hate alonso but anymore because at least he got respect for others
Alonso is a @#$%. That's all I have to say about that.
What a great procession yesterday in Monza, And a brilliant drive by Vettel, And HAMILTON showing everyone again what driving is, if he had not been in the race it would have been very BORING, at least he has the BALLS at least to give the fans some sort of show.

so we should ban overtaking shall we, only slipstreaming is aloud from now on.
This is racing why the hell is Alonso complaining.... what did he do to Heidfeld in Monaco?
Le Toad hiring an up and coming driver? With two championship under his belt already?
It was micheal who turned ferrari around.
I love passing too (not the kind that Mansell did to berger at 180mph running berger into the grass, but that was not in a downpour), but dangerous driving is a thing of the past. Driving the way he did in the conditions yesterday only shows his immaturity.
If he contiues to drive this way I fear he may not make it long enough to gain even one world champioship. I hope Glock, Webber and even DC with blinkers on teach him some of the finer points of eating a wall. We'll see ho wmuch he smiles and gloats about his greatness then.
Vettel drove SUPERBLY and definately a star of the future.
- Once he starts winning regularly, it will be interesting to see how long he maintains the current "Admiration" of his fellow F1 rivals.
He is Webbers Team Partner next season, (They had a little coming together last year! - and Webber 2 aggressively verbally retaliated).
