Motherwell midfielder Ross Forbes has been named Clydesdale Bank Young Player of the Month for August.
A product of the Motherwell youth system, the 19-year-old spent much of last season with the reserves before heading out on loan to Dumbarton where he helped the Sons win the Irn-Bru Third Division title.
Having returned to Fir Park this summer, Forbes played in each of Motherwell's three SPL matches during August, scoring twice, to earn him the award.
