Darlington's teenage striker Curtis Main has staked his claim for a return to Colin Todd's starting line-up with a two-goal display for the reserves.
The 17-year-old, who has made five first-team appearances this season, was twice on target for the Quakers second string who proved too strong for Burton in a 4-0 win.
Main became the club's youngest ever outfield player, a month short of his 16th birthday, when he made his debut as a substitute in a league game against Peterborough in May 2008.
He last appeared as a substitute in the 3-0 defeat at Lincoln earlier this month.
