Portsmouth owner Sulaiman Al Fahim insists there will be money for manager Paul Hart to spend when the January transfer window opens.
Chief executive Peter Storrie, according to reports, has met fans and revealed to them Al Fahim had not yet refinanced the club and that he was unsure when funds will be made available.
However, Al Fahim told Bloomberg: "Hopefully by the end of this month there's new money coming in from my personal finances.
"I will meet my manager, Paul Hart, on November 21 and sit down and see which kind of players he needs. By January we will have more money coming in for the players."

If Hart is around in January and is given money, he will most probably buy Forest !!!
they should have signed onismor bhasera. to hell with pompey
Just read on several sites that Paul Hart is'nt concerned about his job. So what kind of manager makes that sort of comment ?
Don't hold your breath reading anything the fake Dr says. The terms "HOPEFULLY" and on the PFC website he says "IN PRINCIPLE" we can only assume that the Dr is going around with a begging bowl trying to raise money. Why does'nt Al Fahim come clean over his plans for PFC.
January will be much to late by then Pompey and their loyal fans will be staring into the abyss. Sad sad but it is reality.
I really do hope Hart is not still around to spend the money in January. We will probably be almost relegated, if that is the case. I suggest the Doc uses the new finance to get a premiership standard manager.
