Barnsley manager Mark Robins has set his sights on strengthening the squad he inherited from former boss Simon Davey.
Robins, installed as Davey's successor last week, saw the Tykes lose his first game in charge 1-0 at Watford on Saturday and is already looking to bring in some new blood.
Robins told the club's official website: "We have to go out and earn the right to play. There is no magic formula, we have to work harder than the opposition and then we can play our football."
He added: "There will be steady progress at this football club and you might see one or two in and one or two going out."

if barnsly fans are so negative how do they expect their team to play a positive game and climbe the table but they will under this forward looking managerial set up so it is time for barnsly fans toget off the clubs back and get behind the team.
he,s scouting the german womens team at least he,s trying lol lol lol lol lol
I can't see the point in so called Barnsley fans constantly moaning! It was at Davey for what seemed the whole of his tenure and it's already rife towards Robins! How about getting behind your club and giving some proper 'SUPPORT'? You never know it might actually help to bring around a much needed change in fortunes!
