Tisdale issues Noone warning

Exeter manager Paul Tisdale is wary of heaping too much expectation on new loan signing Craig Noone.

The on-loan Plymouth winger marked his debut with a man-of-the-match performance in the 1-1 draw at Leyton Orient on Saturday and grabbed the leveller with an audacious cross-cum-shot.

But without much football under his belt this term, Tisdale knows it will take time for him to bed in.

Tisdale said: "It was a very impressive first game for us and one we hoped for. He made space for himself very well but it was only his first game for us and we mustn't expect too much of him.

"He and the whole team have to settle into a pattern.

"The team can't be expected to get the pattern right every week but it's a decent start for him and gives me the chance to build on something for next week."
