Is our man at Selhurst Park happy with the current situation at Crystal Palace, 18th in the Championship?
What do you think of the manager? Is there anyone (realistic) out there who would do a better job?
No. Neil Warnock has done a fine job of managing the club: last season he could not bring anyone in permanently and so brought in the youth players, which galvanised the squad. This season has been tougher, as he is trying to change the way we play, but he will get it right - no question.
Who is the best player you've seen playing for another team this season - and who do you fear losing in January?
I think that if Ben Watson leaves, he will be a massive loss. It looks like this will happen, as he can go on a free at the end of the season. The best player I have seen play this season against Palace was Plymouth's Chris Clark.
What was your first match or oldest memory of the club?
My first ever memory of the club was watching 'On The Ball' in 1980 and the continual references to the 'Team of the Eighties'. The first match was in 1991, when we beat Everton 4-1 at Wembley in the old Zenith Data Systems Cup.
Are you happy with the present hierarchy at the club? Would you prefer a foreign owner or someone from closer to home?
Yes, Simon Jordan is a Palace man and he has put in a tremendous amount of money to keep the club going. He is looking to sell so if there is the right candidate out there, who has the best interests of the club at heart and can bring in more investment, it must be considered.
What is the relationship like between the club and the fans? Are ticket prices fair?
Season ticket prices are competitive; match day tickets are still overpriced. I know that Palace have reduced the wage bill considerably, so in these difficult economic times, I would hope that prices can be made attractive to bring more support. Currently, we do not fill our ground.
