Gloucester welcome back wing Lesley Vainikolo for their Heineken Cup Pool Two encounter against Bourgoin at Kingsholm.

Vainikolo returns following a family bereavement, with other changes seeing Iain Balshaw at full-back instead of shoulder injury victim Olly Morgan and blindside flanker Luke Narraway in for Alasdair Strokosch.

Gloucester head coach Dean Ryan said: "Lesley has been through a traumatic couple of weeks, and our thoughts have been with him.

"But I would like to think we are also capable of offering him plenty of support, and it is obviously great to have him back in the squad.

"This is a vital stage of the season, and we need our big-name players involved for a game of this magnitude."
