Leaders Lyon will be without forward Sidney Govou and defender John Mensah when they visit Grenoble on Saturday.

Govou has been ruled out until the end of the season with a ruptured Achilles while Ghana defender Mensah will be out of action for at least three weeks with a thigh injury.

"It's one more challenge we have to face," coach Claude Puel said.

Marseille welcome back Ivory Coast striker Bakari Kone for the visit of Le Havre on Saturday after the Ivory Coast striker recovered from a knee injury. Midfielder Lorick Cana is out with a knee injury.

Brazilian striker Brandao, who arrived in Marseille from Shakhtar Donetsk, is unlikely to feature in the squad but coach Eric Gerets is expected to include Sylvain Wiltord, who has just joined from Stade Rennes.

"I can bring something to this team. I am ready to play but ultimately it will be the coach's decision," Wiltord told the club's website.

Nantes coach Elie Baup said the current Bordeaux side reminded him of the Bordeaux team he led to their last national title in 1999.

"It's been 10 years. With (Johan) Micoud, Wiltord, (Lilian) Laslandes and (Ali) Benarbia, we had this quality of play, this creative and offensive state of mind," Baup said ahead of Saturday's match between Nantes and Bordeaux.

"Bordeaux's actual team looks much like the one we had back then."

Nantes striker Mamadou Bagayoko will start a six-match suspension for pushing a referee.

"Although he pushed him lightly, he pushed him," the league's disciplinary commission said in a statement.

Midfielder Yoan Gouffran and defender Marc Planus are doubtful for Saturday's trip to Nantes with groin and neck injuries respectively.

Bordeaux are second in Ligue 1, one point behind Lyon.
