Sheffield United midfielder Michael Doyle is relieved to have broken his goalscoring duck for the club and has vowed to contribute more goals.
The 30-year-old scored from 25 yards in last week's 4-0 home win against Yeovil to register is his first goal for the Blades in close to 50 appearances.
Doyle said: "It is something I was very conscious of. When the manager came in and set us all targets he said that we needed to score more goals from midfield if we're going to do something in this league.
"So it's nice to chip in and get off the mark and hopefully I can keep adding goals to my game.
"I know I've got it, I feel I've been getting in those positions, but I haven't been taking those chances and hopefully I can kick on and get more goals."
