QPR defender Fitz Hall is well on the way to recovery after having been on the sidelines for three weeks with a groin injury. The 27-year-old limped out of QPR's 3-1 defeat to Cardiff last month and was initially expected to miss six weeks of action, but physio Paul Hunter says the former Wigan man is well ahead of schedule.
Hunter told the club's official website: "Fitz is doing really well and he's been able to join in with some aspects of first-team training in Portugal.
"We'll continue to monitor his rehabilitation closely over the coming days, but we're pleased with the progress he is making."
