Celtic manager Gordon Strachan has guaranteed an unbeatable experience when Barcelona visit Parkhead in the Champions League next week.Celtic Park has become one of the most difficult places to visit on European duty in recent years, with Barca among the clubs to have fallen victim to the Scottish club's enviable home record.
Celtic set up their last-16 clash with the Catalans after they completed a clean sweep of victories in the group stages for the second year running.
Holders AC Milan were added to a list of recent winners to lose in the east end of Glasgow that also includes Juventus and Manchester United.
The vociferous atmosphere has been fuelled by, and continues to inspire, an incredible run of 33 European games at Celtic Park in which only Barcelona have emerged victorious against the Hoops.
And Strachan is positive that such an impressive record and support will ensure Wednesday's encounter will be the pick of next week's European fixtures.
The Celtic boss said: "We have had some great occasions and the Barcelona game - there will not - and I emphasise this - there will not be a better atmosphere in Europe next week or last week or the week after.
"Celtic Park is the place to be if you want to see action and atmosphere next week.
"It is special and one of the real pluses of being the Celtic manager."
Barca - winners of the tournament in 2006 - come to Parkhead as one of the favourites to claim the crown again.
They are under pressure to succeed after losing ground to arch rivals Real Madrid in La Liga.
But Celtic midfielder Paul Hartley is convinced that they can make if four successive home wins in the Champions League.
The 31-year-old said: "Our home form in the Champions League has been fantastic - as good as anyone's.
"We're going into a game against Barcelona who are a quality team but at home we're as strong as anyone and we can beat any one of them on our day.
"If we can give the same performance as we did against Milan, Donetsk and Benfica, we'll have a chance."
