Everton defender Jake Bidwell has extended his youth loan at Brentford.
The 18-year-old left Goodison Park to join the Bees in November and, after making 11 appearances, has now prolonged his stay at Griffin Park until March 20.
Manager Uwe Rosler told the club's official website: "We are delighted to get the news that we can extend Jake's loan for another month.
"He has been a consistent performer, probably our most consistent in the back four in recent weeks. I can only take my hat off to him for the level of performance he has delivered.
"I believe Everton see he is in good hands and that is why they decided to allow him to stay."

in a few years time the regular Everton back four will include Duffy, Bidwell and Garbutt. The loan spells these players have been on has developed them more as players by giving them real match time, playing for 3 points, that training and coaching will never do. Add Barkley,McAleney and Velios to them for 6 players all under 20 that hold the future of EFC. Fellaini 24, Gibson 24, Coleman 23, Rodwell 21,maybe Junior 21 and Straquilasi 23 are also part of the long term first team structure. The future looks very good at EFC .
