Manager Jim Gannon was elated after Stockport equalled a Football League record of eight consecutive away wins after a 1-0 success at Lincoln.County substitute David Poole earned Gannon's men another victory with a 68th-minute strike from the edge of the box.
"It is fantastic, we had another record last year with nine wins and nine clean sheets," said Gannon.
"What made me happy was to celebrate it in front of our fans, they were singing 'Jim Gannon's blue and white army', it made me proud, but we have still got a lot of work to do and we will march on.
"We have not let things slip up, Hereford had a good win and Darlington came from behind to get a result, but I have told the players it is a big month and then we will look at the fixtures in April."
