Clark seeking Canaries reaction

Wed 16 Apr, 01:30 PM

Norwich assistant manager Lee Clark hopes the disappointment of their derby loss will spur them on to beat table-toppers West Brom on Saturday. The Canaries were dragged back into the thick of the relegation dogfight at the weekend with a 2-1 defeat to local rivals Ipswich at Portman Road.

But with their fate still resting in their own hands, Clark is confident his side will bounce back to secure enough points to ensure Championship survival.

"It was very disappointing. The result is the important thing in derby matches and we lost the game, but we have to move on," he told the Norwich Evening News.

"Everyone connected with the club was disappointed but we have to look forward to the West Brom game and get a result that will keep us in the league.

"We have got three huge games to play and we have to get the results we need to make sure we're in the right league at the end of the season."
