Millwall's Chris Hackett has put pen to paper on a new six-month contract at The Den after turning down other clubs to stay with the Lions.The 25-year-old winger missed the bulk of the season after damaging cruciate knee ligaments in October, but manager Kenny Jackett was keen to tie him to a new contract.
Hackett turned down longer deals from elsewehere to stay with the club and prove his fitness next season.
"I've had a lot of support from the management, the fans and the players and now I want to pay that back by performing for Millwall," he told the club's official website.
"I'm confident things are looking up here and that we can be successful next season."
