Brighton & Hove Albion have arranged pre-season friendlies against Championship sides Charlton Athletic and Ipswich Town.Micky Adams will make his return to the Withdean Stadium for his first game as Seagulls boss when Alan Pardew's Charlton side visit on Saturday, July 26.

And the following Tuesday, July 29, Jim Magilton's Ipswich will travel to the south coast.

Brighton have also announced away games at local sides Worthing, Bognor Regis, Burgess Hill and Lewes, as well as a trip to FA Cup heroes Havant & Waterlooville.

Their final pre-season game is at Luton, who were relegated to League Two this season, on Saturday August 2.
