Gordon Strachan insists he has no need for a Churchillian team talk ahead of Sunday's crunch game against Hibernian at Easter Road.
The Clydesdale Bank Premier League champions are just two goals ahead of Old Firm rivals Rangers with two games remaining, the match against Hibs followed by the last day visit of Hearts.
And Strachan believes his players are well aware of the prize at stake, saying: "We are at the stage where you hardly have to do one. I hardly did one at Ibrox last week and very little the other night (against Dundee United)."
He added: "You are at the stage where you know who you are playing against and there is nothing new tactically that you can spring on anybody.
"You might change the personnel but basically you stay the same.
"I have done many motivational speeches which I thought were fantastic and had the dressing room buzzing, and then went out and got beat.
"So there are times when you just have to leave it or keep it to the minimum - and the time is now."
