Southampton open their Championship campaign away to FA Cup finalists Cardiff at Ninian Park on Saturday, August 9.The Saints then face recently relegated Birmingham City and Derby County in a tough opening, visiting City on August 16 and hosting County on August 23.
Southampton play Plymouth away on Boxing Day and their season ends with a trip to Nottingham Forest on May 3.
