Spurs face Boro trip on opening day

A trip north to face Middlesbrough at The Riverside is the opening game for Juande Ramos' Tottenham troops in the 2008/09 season.Ramos will take his side to the Riverside Stadium on August 16, with Sunderland visiting White Hart Lane a week later, before August ends with a trip to face London rivals Chelsea.

The first North London derby of the season is a midweek game scheduled for October 28, while there is another capital clash on Boxing Day when Fulham visit.

A trip to West Brom is the final fixture of 2008 on December 28, while the return clash with Arsenal is on February 7 at White Hart Lane.

The run-in sees Ramos' men face trips to two of the big four in their last five games, with a trip to Manchester United on April 25 and the season coming to a close on May 24 with a trip to Anfield to face Liverpool.

  1. Ha ha ha Bestway I love it. Your going to have a good side "on paper" evertone is sick of hearing about from Spurs, your worse than Liverpool fans!
    Come on get your act together and do the business this year and get some consistant and solid performances in then people will listen.
    Dos Santos and Modric (best player in euros so far) are great and exiting signings for you.

  3. We will have won the Premiership by the time we play Man U on April 25th, bring it on! it's also mathmatically possible that Arsenal will get relegated on February 7th at White Hart Lane. just before valentines day, wouldn't that be lovely.
