Hamish Mitchell has become the latest and last Glasgow Warriors' signing ahead of the new Celtic League campaign.
The prop joins Glasgow from New Zealand NPC side Taranaki.
The former Connacht, Saracens and Cornish Pirates player arrived in Glasgow at the weekend, admitting he has had to research the Warriors and their Celtic League opposition since being recruited by coach Sean Lineen (pictured).
"I don't know a huge amount about the Magners League but the internet is a wonderful thing and I've been doing my homework on Glasgow and the rest of the Celtic sides," he said.
"What I do know however is that Glasgow is a great city, we have a strong team and the club is very ambitious."
Warriors head coach Lineen added: "Hamish arrived on a lovely sunny day and I've told him that the weather is always like that in Glasgow.
"He's very keen coming over here and will provide real competition in a front row where we now have six props in the squad."
The Warriors have also re-signed utility back Colin Gregor until 2011.
