Leyton Orient's Alton Thelwell, Tamika Mkandawire and Wayne Gray should be fit for the new season after stepping up their pre-season training.Centre-halves Thelwell (groin) and Mkandawire (knee) both underwent surgery towards the end of last season while striker Gray suffered a knee injury on the final day.

The three have now increased the pace of their training on the club's tour of Belgium.

"It's good to have them out there," said boss Martin Ling.

"It's important to get these sessions under their belts as they will help with their confidence."
