Coach Bernd Schuster is convinced Chelsea target Robinho will stay with Real Madrid and has again insisted he sees no problem with the Brazilian's attitude despite persistent speculation that he wants to leave.
Robinho's agent Wagner Ribeiro recently claimed the winger was "very angry" with the way he feels he has been treated by Madrid and was keen to move to Chelsea, who made a formal offer for the 24-year-old - believed to be in the region of £20 million.
Madrid rejected that bid and insist Robinho is not for sale, but speculation about the Brazilian's future is still rife in Spain, with contrasting reports about his current situation.
Some reports suggest the player refused to travel to Valencia for the first leg of the Spanish Supercopa on Sunday, while others claim Robinho is ready to stay at the Bernabeu and is about to sign a new, much improved contract.
Schuster gave his response to that speculation today, saying: "Right now I'm sure that Robinho will stay.
"For me it is not a problem and I'm not going to worry about it because he is going to be our player. It is not a concern."
The German coach, who was speaking after including the former Santos ace in his 18-man squad for the trip to Valencia, added: "At no point has Robinho given the impression that he does not want to go (to Valencia).
"He is very well. I have spoken with him and the player is in perfect shape.
"He is training normally, is here to play and therefore he is going to play.
"I can only assess what Robinho does here, and with us everything is normal. In the games he has played in pre-season he has done very well, played with a lot of joy, and it's the same in training," added Schuster, echoing comments he made before Tuesday's friendly against Eintracht Frankfurt.
"I have to say that I haven't seen any change in his attitude."

YOu guys, do not understand the point. Football is a big business. All professional footballers are employees, if they want to leave then they need to compensate charges of the current employer.
Hello Mr.Blatter are you awake,or is it because it involves Madrid you are going to stay tight lip.Ronaldo was a slave,Robinho is not?or by imposing 150m buy out contract clause is this justice or what.Wake up intervene or resign your post you @#$%.For you Mr. president Calderon your surname should have been FRANCO,cause you are a dictator in football, and if you won't give him up you will look like the fool that you are, only worse, so don't make a fool of yourself as he clearly stated that he DOES not want to be a part of your team, and You shall never have Ronaldo,We don't want and don't need your money and we means the EUROPEAN CHAMPIONS MAN UTD.
Well said Guys.
@#$% Madrid and co. and also the blady @#$% Blatter...
Well said Jack.
Double standards, all round. Get @#$% Madrid.
ha ha! This is hilarious. Calderon is the architect of his own demise. He looks like a clown. He complains about Ronaldo being a slave, he offers Robinho, doesn't get Ronaldo, upset Robinho in the process and now keeps Robinho against his will - but of course he is not a slave, all he has to do is stump up 150mil euros and walk out on the club and never play football again.
Maybe Blatter should intervene. He seemed to be upset when it the player being 'kept against his will' played for an English club, now it involves Real Madrid...strangely silent. Does Real Madrid pay Mr Blatter's wages, perhaps? Hmmmmm.......
