The five year deal, reported to be in the region of £25 million, will begin at the start of 2009 and include the renaming of several pre-Wimbledon events and funding of the LTA's parks and schools, as well as support for junior players and youth events.

"We share a joint desire to grow the sport at all levels from our major international events and supporting elite young players to improving facilities and access across the country and AEGON will play a vital role in this," said LTA chief executive Roger Draper.

Queen's Club, which has been known as the Artois Championships, will be renamed AEGON Championships.

The pre-Wimbledon Eastbourne and Edgbaston WTA events will also be newly branded.
