See why our man in the stands at Turf Moor likens supporting Burnley to limited visits to Taco Bell.
What do you think of the manager? Is there anyone (realistic) out there who would do a better job?
Owen Coyle was an unknown quantity to most Burnley fans when he arrived. He has won over the crowd by playing good, positive football and seems to have improved the quality in the squad. I'm never sure how much football management is done 'on the fly', but he does appear to be a man with a plan.
Who is the best player you've seen playing for another team this season - and who do you fear losing in January?
I've not been overly impressed with anyone so far this season from opposing teams. There are a number of players we could lose in January if form continues and I'd hate to see Chris Eagles or Martin Paterson go, but they are on lengthy contracts so it's doubtful.
What was your first match or oldest memory of the club?
My first game was a home match against Sunderland - I think in about 1976. It was odd, because I remember standing with my dad in what was surely the away end.
Are you happy with the present hierarchy at the club? Would you prefer a foreign owner or someone from closer to home?
Barry Kilby has sunk his heart and wallet into the club, in spite of what a small section of the crowd think. Without him, we could well have gone bust six or so years ago. In Brendan Flood, we also have a director who has plunged his own money into the playing side and shortly the infrastructure, with the proposed re-development of Turf Moor and the training facilities.
What is the relationship like between the club and the fans? Are ticket prices fair?
On the whole, the prices stand up very well to other clubs in the division. In my opinion, though, football has become too expensive in general and being amongst the cheapest of your peers is rather like being the least fat American.
