Darren Randolph has withdrawn from the Republic of Ireland Under-21s squad through injury.The 20-year-old Charlton goalkeeper is struggling with an Achilles problem and will miss the European Championship qualifier in Montenegro on Friday night.

But Randolph, who has stayed behind at Sparrows Lane for treatment, has not yet been ruled out of the Irish Under-21s' second qualifier against Bulgaria in Athlone on Tuesday.
