  8. Having all these players in premiership is really good­ thusshowing the quality of the league. However, the­ other side of the coin is that it is not good for the­ English National team and Don Capello can attest to­ this. After Italy was eliminated in 1998 World Cup, the­ Federation there came out with a blueprint that most­ clubs there have to rely on home grown players and it­ paid off years later by winning the World Cup 2006.­ Scotland today needs such a blueprint.
