Blackpool manager Simon Grayson admits he is "no closer" to bringing in some new players to Bloomfield Road after only signing one new player.Grayson recently recruited striker Steve McPhee in a move from Championship rivals Hull.
The Seasiders boss is now working hard behind the scenes to further bolster his squad but admits progress is slow.
"We're speaking to one or two clubs but we're probably no closer to anything happening than we were this time last week," said Grayson.
"But obviously that could change quickly and there's still two weeks to go before the transfer window closes.
"As I've said all along, any player that makes us better, we will be interested in but I'm not going to sign people just for the sake of it."
