Bournemouth manager Lee Bradbury has paid tribute to co-owners Eddie Mitchell and Maxim Demin, insisting the south coast club are in safe hands for the foreseeable future with the pair at the helm.
Demin took a 50 per cent stake in the Cherries in October last year and, although notoriously media-shy, the Russian provides welcome investment if Bradbury is to be believed.
The Bournemouth boss defended Demin's lack of public image, saying he and Mitchell are pushing the Dorset side forwards at a rapid rate.
"We have a chairman who's here on a daily basis driving the club forward and an investor that is helping out behind the scenes and that can only be a good thing," Bradbury told Press Association Sport.
"Max Demin has taken a stand that he doesn't want to be in the public eye and he just wants to support the club and improves him, and that's up to him. He's his own person, he wants to see things improve and he's passionate about the game and passionate about the club.
"Alongside Eddie Mitchell, I think we've got two really good men in charge at this moment in time and for them to support me in the way they have in the last couple of weeks with bringing in players is all I can ask for as a manager."
