Notts County manager Ian McParland was not getting carried away despite picking up a morale-boosting first away win since November at Chester.On-loan striker Danny Crow scored the only goal of the game to secure the points and leave the Magpies boss delighted.
Ali Gibb delivered a superb cross from the right flank which was superbly directed into the net by Crow.
McParland said: "We are going to enjoy the night. It was a massive win for us because all the teams down there are fighting for their lives.
"Defensively we've done well of late but I don't want to tempt fate and say we are doing well because things like that have a habit of coming back and kicking you up the backside. We know we've got to carry on working hard."
